Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of TANDIU Cloud Android Session (the "Service"), operated by Shanghai Tandiu Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"). By purchasing or using a session you agree to these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

1. The Service

The Service provides temporary, browser-accessible Android environments. Each session is created from a clean system image, runs for up to 60 minutes, and is automatically and permanently destroyed when it ends or when you end it.

2. No data persistence

All data inside a session — files, apps, accounts, settings — is deleted when the session ends. We do not back it up and cannot recover it. You are responsible for saving anything you need before the session ends. Do not use the Service to store data you cannot afford to lose.

3. Eligibility and account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for all activity in sessions you purchase.

4. Pricing and payment

Sessions are sold individually at the price shown at checkout (currently $2.99 per session, plus any applicable taxes). There is no subscription. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

5. Acceptable use

You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy, applicable laws, and the terms of any third-party apps or services you access from a session. We may suspend or terminate any session that we reasonably believe violates it, without refund.

6. Third-party apps and services

Apps, websites and accounts you access inside a session are provided by third parties under their own terms. We are not responsible for them, and the Service is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google, Android, or any app publisher.

7. Availability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Sessions may be interrupted by maintenance or technical failures. If a session fails because of our systems, see the Refund Policy.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the session concerned. We are not liable for lost data, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version in effect at the time of purchase applies to that session.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your country of residence.
