This policy explains what personal data Shanghai Tandiu Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. collects when you use TANDIU Cloud Android Session (the "Service"), and how we use it.
What we collect
- Purchase information — your email address, country and order details, received from Paddle when you buy a session. Card and payment details are processed by Paddle and never reach us.
- Session metadata — session ID, start and end time, duration, IP address, browser user agent, and basic network usage, used to run the service, prevent abuse and handle support.
- Messages you send us — when you email us.
What we do not keep
The contents of your session — files, installed apps, logins, screen content — are not retained. They are permanently deleted when the session ends. We do not inspect session contents except where required to investigate a credible abuse report or comply with law.
How we use data
- To provide and bill the sessions you buy
- To prevent fraud and enforce the Acceptable Use Policy
- To answer support, refund and abuse requests
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.
Sharing
We share data only with Paddle (payments, taxes, invoicing), the infrastructure providers that host the Service, and authorities where required by law.
Retention
Session metadata is kept for up to 90 days, or longer if needed for an ongoing abuse investigation or dispute. Order records are kept as required by tax and accounting law.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Paddle's checkout may set cookies needed to process your payment.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing contact@tandiu.cn. We will respond within 30 days.
